Gordon Bethune does a wonderful job outlining his experience fixing a problem company plagued with strategic challenges, financial losses and poor morale. The book is very approachable and well-written with the perfect balance of familiar airline industry specific concepts to make it interesting for airline industry employees while not over jargoning unfamiliar outsiders.

As advertised.

Cocky, rear-view mirror story of how Gordon saved Continental. He did save it and he did so many things right, but the book is self-congratulatory I could barely finish reading it.
